Great app
My experience with this app has been AMAZING. The products are usually up to my standards and liking, the delivery service is always accurate and fast, the return and refund are quick, and the new system is so great; maybe two years ago I needed to submit a request through customer service to transfer my wallet balance to my bank account, now the transaction happens automatically after a few days which makes re-ordering easier and more convenient, also there are no delivery or return fees which’s a HUGE plus. I hope they keep up the good work and my experience with them only changes to the best 😍👌🏼

احذر من التعامل مع هذا المتجر، فبعد شرائك للمنتجات بأيام يخبرك بأنه تم التواصل معك عدة مرات ولم تقم بالرد فيتم إلغاء التوصيل! وهذا كذب، رغم وضع عنوانك وبالتفاصيل ووجود رقم هاتف وبريد إلكتروني! .. يهدف هذا التكنيك إلى إرغامك على الشراء مرة أخرى بنفس المبلغ ولكن لسلعة أخرى تكون مرتفعة الثمن أو غير مرغوبة وقد طال بقائها المتجر، وإلا ستنتظر من ٥ إلى ١٤ يومًا حتى يعود المبلغ لحسابك البنكي! .. تجربة سيئة للغاية.
Beware of dealing with this store, as a few days after you purchase the products, it tells you that you have been contacted several times and you have not responded, so the delivery will be cancelled! This is a lie, despite providing your address and details and having a phone number and email! This technique aims to force you to buy again with the same amount, but for another item that is expensive or undesirable and has been out of stock for a long time. Otherwise, you will wait from 5 to 14 days for the amount to return to your bank account!..

Super Amazing
Delivery via UPS was excellent ,the courier arrived in my location without having to call many time like the other online shopping site .
Items was surprisingly packed in good packaging and even the items that i bought was all quality products , if have to mention the brand “defacto and campus sutra “ wow for quality!
Im loving NAMSHI now more than other shopping site
