Our house keeper suddenly fell at home and had left sided weakness probably a stroke

I tried to sign up for the app, I recieved an authentication number, and i did put the number, but could not submit because the number’s screen will not go away and therefore I couldn’t submit my request

I could not use the app when I mostly needed it, please fix the issue before someone dies and we’re unable to call for help

And for 997, i did call and had a difficult time describing our house’s location, that’s why an app is important for that main point exactly

اليوم فجأة العاملة المنزلية طاحت في البيت وطلع عليها اعراض جلطة

حاولت استخدم البرنامج ، سجلت ووصلني رقم التأكيد ، وحطيت الرقم ، بس ما قدرت اضغط submit ، لان الشاشة اللي فيها الارقام ما تروح

ما قدرت استخدم الرقم في ألح وقت ممكن ، ياليت تتصلح المشكلة قبل ما يموت احد والسبب خلل تقني

بالاخير اتصلت على ٩٩٧ بس توصيف مكان البيت كان متعب وتأخروا عشان كذا ، عشان كذا استخدام برنامج يرسل الlocation بدون ازعاج التوصيف
