Cannot track bus location
App has been working fine until the latest update was pushed. Now I am unable to check the bus location which makes the app quite pointless. Please address this in the next update!
Cannot use the app!
Hi I’m facing problem ever since the app updated. “ Failed to connect to server. Please check your network connection and try again.” My network is working fine with 5G. Please help to resolved this problem as it is so inconvenient without the app. Thanks !
Bus disappearing from tracking
With the recent IOS 17 update, it seems you can only see one active bus at a time in a track. But this does not work since sometimes they overlap, so even if the last bus hasn’t finished yet it disappears from the map.
