Netflix malo

Desde hace más de una semana tengo problema con Netflix actualizo mi dispositivo iPhone 7 a la versión 11 y ahora resulta que cuando quiero abrir la aplicación de Netflix no me carga, únicamente se queda en pantalla color negro y luego se cierra automáticamente. Qué puedo hacer para solventar mi problema

iPad bug

Whenever I open the app on my iPad it starts having connectivity problems and I have to close the app and re open for it to play any title
