How?
- You can recognize Bonus Areas on the BiTaksi app by their purple color on the map.
- Learn the discount details by tapping on the purple areas.
- Terminate your trip in Bonus Area and earn the discount.

Uygulama bu haliyle yetersiz. Çünkü taksiciler o kadar paragöz ki onları bu uygulamanın sistematik olarak sürdürebilmeleri icin zorunluluklar yüklemeleri gerekiyor. Çağırılan taksi yolda başka bir müşteri gördüğünde sizi iptal edip ona gidebiliyor. Bu arada siz iptal edildiğinizi görmeyip beklemeye devam ediyorsunuz. Böyle üst üste iki taksi yapsa taksi gelmek üzere diye çıktığınız evinizin kapısında en az 15 dk ekstra bekliyorsunuz. En az 3 kere bana tahsisli taksi plakası önümden müşteri ile geçtikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmayı bıraktım. Sonra Uber yasaklansın ! Oldu.

Taksici bitaksi uygulamasını kullanmıyor. Kendi pos cihazını kullanmaya çalışıyor. Bu da size 5-10 lira fazla paraya mal oluyor. Yolculuktan sonra müşteri hizmetleri beni arasın seçeneğini seçiyorsunuz ama arayan soran yok. Twitterdan destek yine yok. Lütfen yoruma basılı tutup yararlıyı seçin.
5 lira iptal ücreti
Taksici beni uzun süre beklettiği icin iptal ettim ve 5 lira para cezası ödemem gerekiyor. Defalarca taksici önce kabul edip gelmedi yada iptal etti onlarda da para kesiyor musunuz? Yada bu paralar nereye gidiyor? Ayni sekilde ben de mağdur edildiğimde para kesildiyse o paranin da bana yatırılması gerekmiyor mu?
