Subject to be fixed. One may sign up with their Apple ID in the mobile app. And that’s really fine. One may not still login with the same Apple ID on the web. And that’s confusing

Unfortunately, there is only one place where you can leave a feedback about rozetka service. The app works well, but the service that company provides is really poor, and people who work there don’t want to change anything. Guys, you may think that I am complaining about some stupid situation, but I am not. People in rozetka, check out how other companies work, Monobank for example, you definitely have what to learn from them.
Account is Blocked
A few days ago I tried to make an order and the application showed me error that my account is blocked. After 4 calls to the support team it turned out that somebody tried to create another one account by using my phone number. Because of that my account is blocked and nobody can solve this. Thank you rozetka, you have the “best” tech support. I moving to another market, because don't want to pay for a such bad service.
