Love to learn and earn.

I usually give this app five stars because it allows me and my team to learn a lot of stuff about HP and other products. while learning you get giftcards, or movie, tickets and other stuff such from the pro shop. I’ve noticed this year though they’ve stopped using the pro shop. Like drastically which is a real bummer.. it was a good way for me to entice my team at work, to stay up on the trainings.

I do love the zoom like courses where you can actually talk to HP reps while they intro the course you selected. my only two gripes is a lot of the prizes you can win in the pro shop demand going to a seminar virtually. If a non-HP seminar, then I can take a week to even book a slot, which, then out of out of mind. Secondly back in the day, They used to pick two people to win the gift card at the end of the course/seminar. Now they only pick one to win the gift card. It’s hard for me to get my team to use sell pro on their off hours for free.

That assign I think the app is a great way to learn, and earn to help my team better, HP, logitech and other stuff my store has to offer.

Awesome app, horrible customer service and support; do rebates at your own risk

I have been using SellPro for over a year now, and am a big fan of the app in general. It’s a simple concept; you learn about products, and in exchange they give you points which can be used to try to win prizes. I have won a slew of gift cards and products since I signed up, and learned a ton in the process.
However, I recently gained a $100 rebate on a printer through the app, and let me tell you it has been a NIGHTMARE trying to use it. I sent in all the information the form required, only to get an e-mail telling me my rebate had been denied because of “missing information”. Upon further investigation, I discovered that SellPro had screwed up their instructions for the rebate, so I contacted them trying to figure out how to proceed. It has been 3 WEEKS and all I have gotten back is first nothing, and now “We are investigating!” It should NOT take 3 weeks to figure this out, and as a CS rep for a company I am pretty appalled by all of it.
So long story short, good app but horrible support. In all honesty, I wouldn’t use any rebates from SellPro ever again. Luckily, if you win a normal prize it just gets sent straight to your email, so you almost never have to deal with support.

The app is pretty informational but...

I never really win anything on there, like I go on it everyday so I can keep my streak as high as I can but even if I play the cards like 50 times on a row I still lose every single time. I’m slowly losing interest in this app, if the developers gave everyone a higher chance of winning then I wouldn’t feel like just stopping completely honestly. That’s the main reason why I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5, just would love a higher chance of winning something I’ve been trying to win for a long time already. You can only imagine the time and afford I put into this app every single day just to lose every time. Either give us a higher chance of winning or put more prizes in the card game, and obviously less try agains smh but like I said this app is pretty informational. So if your trying to become a better sales representative, then this app is great to learn about most products in the store. Hopefully I win that $25 Cheesecake Factory gift card soon that I’ve been trying to win for like a little over a month honestly lol
