Thought provoking and riveting

I have followed this app for years, and the website before that. It is very much a part of my daily routine, it’s almost like getting a letter in the mail or in our societies now email. Something to look forward to everyday, some of the products are out of my price range, but just knowing that these things exist make me feel like I am learning modern day Humanities. Love this site and the app, and it’s always fun to introduce new folks to it too.

Horrendous Customer Service —lie and blame the customer ! Don’t do business with this company !

Dear Customer Disservice, Your appalling attempt to belie the multiplicity of mistakes you—and your inept team- have made is laughable at best. You fail to employ accurate software which results in allowing customers to purchase items after they run out of stock—then you communicate this lapse in inventory when the order is already on the way. Talk about rude , base, and dysfunctional. Then you have the moral turpitude and gall to blame the customer(me) when you mess up the shipping label and ship the order without my apartment number that I wrote in when ordering online—talk about process failure. So you have a disaster of a customer experience from the beginning until the end. To top off the nightmare of doing business with you, FedEx delivered my half order to the wrong apartment thanks to your mistake —which took multiple phone calls and a embarrassing confrontation by me to get back my package days later. Disgusting. Your perfidious and incompetent customer service is reflective of asinine business practices. You are a case study for how to not run a business —or treat a customer. Disgruntled , MF

Dear MF, we're sorry you're having a bad day. We're sorry one of your items was out of stock — that's our fault. But due to you not following checkout instructions of which field to type in your apartment number, your package was misdelivered by FedEx. We quickly had FedEx put a trace on your package for you. No one was ever rude — we have the email receipts to prove it. In fact, we were very kind to such an irritable man. (MF, is everything ok with you? We're here if you need to talk.) It's unfortunate you had trouble with the address portion of the checkout process when placing an order. But we do want to commend you on your use of Thesaurus.com for all of the impressive words in your review. Clearly, you have mastered that site. We had to look up what "turpitude" and "perfidious" meant. Both would make such great band names!

Super cool!

Super cool stuff! Literally amazing and addictive to look through. Made a few purchases for Mother’s Day. Super easy via Apple Pay. Made an order by mistake and emailed customer service to cancel the order. I got a reply in under 10 minutes and my Apple Pay refund was issued virtually instantly. Simply awesome. I have stashed several other items away for later purchase. Can’t wait to shop through Uncrate again. You can’t go wrong with this site!
