This app is very frustrating.

1) Every single time I open app, I have to input my name. It would be nice to default to my name.
2) There should be a prescribed medication name in box to the right of each RX number box with a box to the left to check mark needed meds.
3) For whatever reason, I can use microphone for first few RX numbers....then it stops allowing me to use microphone. I’m dyslexic and if I am required to type each RX number, then that leaves too much room for error. A lot of times RX will not go through because I have numbers flipped (if I am forced to type the RX).
4) Once all RX numbers are inputted, you’re forced to hit the “continue” tab. When that continue tab spins & spins, I hit the cancel tab to stop the spinning. EVERYTHING I just inputted, has cleared the board.
I am very frustrated atm since I JUST LOST EVERYTHING and now I’m required to start over.

I hate we have to put in every px every time! That means getting the bottles putting in all the numbers. Should be a way for an acct which keeps our px with number and we can just pick it like other refill apps we have used. I’m not a fan at all would rather call them in. It’s faster for me!

My Wide and I have been using this app for over a year. Have not had any problems at all. We have used the same pharmacy since before we started using this app. It is a local pharmacy not a big box store pharmacy.
