A body in pain is not balanced. Our bodies were designed to be active to balance our musculoskeletal, digestive, circulatory, and immune systems. We restrict this harmonious balance with lack of activity, and/or repetitive and compensative movements. These series of simple stretches and gentle exercises are designed to restore the full, natural function of muscles and joints. These posture therapy exercises correct and strengthen the body’s posture by emphasizing the balance of deeper muscles in the axial skeleton and pelvis.

Immediate back relief
This is the first time I have bothered to write an app review. On Monday I ended up in Hospital after "putting my back out". They filled my with drugs and sent me away. The drugs made me sick so I stopped them, I was in agony again. A friend recommended Oscar. I was very skeptical, but did it anyway. I went from cripple to dog walking in 20 mins (I still had pain, but it was 75% reduced). I'm not sure how these techniques work, but they do and Oscar explains them brilliantly.

This app does what it claims!
You know all those little pains that come with getting a little older? I always thought that they were just part of the game and that not much could be done about them, but it is amazing what a few simple movements and exercises can do to change that opinion! Thanks Oscar!
A great app for when you're in pain
This is a handy app to remedy painful conditions right away by yourself. Oscar is a very knowledgeable PT with Egoscue training.
He knows how to get you better, and keep you better.
This is a must have app for pain.
