Excellent Tool Before You Sell Your Home
As a Real Estate Agent I'm always looking for tools for my clients to assist them. This Home Inspection Pass Tool is great for those looking to know in advance any issues that might come up on their home inspection when they sell.
This Ap actually walks them through the home looking for opportunities. Plus the handy to do list to start knocking out that " honey dew" list. Pictures to show what you are looking for also help.
I recommend to anyone wanting to get a head start on getting their home ready or even someone wanting to stay on top of their home repairs.

Great useful app!
We are currently selling our home and are about to close in 45 days. This will be highly useful before I have to have the inspector here. The app works perfectly and has allowed me to perform a checklist in preparation for the house inspection.
