Decent
Coming from somebody who never tested their water, and only used chlorine and hoped for the best; this is a pretty decent product. Especially when used with the app that literally tells you what you need and don’t need to add along with the amount to add. I seen a review that said when they plug in the six colors into the app it never comes out right. That might be because the order of colors on the app aren’t the same as on the back of the container that holds the test strips. It seems like the PH square and the total hardness square are flip-flopped. Which isn’t a real big deal if you can see colors.. but if you’re colorblind, I totally get it.
Great customer service
Worked with customer service on chat because I couldn’t see test history. They asked if I was Saving the test results. I didn’t realize there is a big red button at the bottom to save results. I felt like an idiot but they were very nice and helpful.
Essential for color blindness !
I have trouble distinguishing shades of some colors, so having an app like this is a huge help for me. I like the way the app allows you to keep a record of your tests. If a test is out of arrange, I like the way it gives you a recommendation of what to add and in what quantities. Be sure to set up an account and take the time to input your pool dimensions.
One wish: I have a salt pool and I wish the test also gave me a salt level reading.
