Good app but needs improvement!!!

This app is good to keep track of your trophies and show info for the trophies you want to complete, there are some things I don’t like about the app like the trophies don’t automatically refresh for you when you load the app. Second they should add a option where you can keep a backlog or at least you can link to PSNprofiles for that as well…app has helped me but needs to be updated and add more features so it can be improved and I can definitely enjoy using it more!!!

I didn’t get what I paid for

I paid $.99 for the full version on my iPad. I went to add it to my iPhone and it wants me to pay again. I even restore purchase and it did nothing. I contacted support and was told to restore purchase would fix it. I explain that didn’t fix it and was ignored by the support for that email on. I beat you I have restored purchases 100 times and it says thank you, yet does nothing. It’s been months since I got a reply back from support.

Update: I know how to read and it didn’t fix the problem. That’s what I tried to explain to you but you rather be unprofessional and rude, just like your comment to me on here. You talk down to the customer and I’m done with you. It ain’t worth it over 99 cents dealing with you. Instead of taking down my comment I rather people see your rude response. Have a nice day....

Have a tea (or herbal tea), relax, and reread the support email that was sent to you month ago, until the end, it should solve your problem.

Edit: after posting a review here, I received information from Jeff at YaPSNapp. Jeff, THANK YOU! I can now put my rating back up to five, and I can thank you personally for this awesome app! After activating the 2-step verification (and about 5 tries logging-in) IT WORKS!! I can finally use this app again! :D Quick response, app was already great, just had issues getting into it. Keep up the amazing work! :D

Paid for the full version, worked great for a couple months. Now I can’t login AT ALL. Says there’s already an account, I need to create a new one, A NEW PSN ID?! This is just AWFUL. And no new updates, as well as the login error “help” link conveniently returning a 404. Yeah. Delete, wish I could get my money back.

This is a known issue with the single step authentication ...
I will release a patch but I’m still working on it ... because I want to add the iOS 11 / iphone X support ... and it takes more time than expected 😢

Waiting for it ... you can activate the 2 steps authentication on your PSN account (it works when it is activated) ...
- Activate 2 steps authent on your PSN account (with official app or web or ps4)
- Reinstall yapsnapp to avoid the "account already exists" error
- connect with the 2 steps authentication
