Crashes Often. Very frustrating
I’ve tried to upload my invoice several times now but the request times out, or the app crashes and I am unable to load the claim. This has happened a few times now and I end up covering the cost of the bill which is not the point of having insurance. It’s incredibly frustrating. Please sort out the app issues. I am on the latest version of the app as well as phone software so that is not the cause of the issue. It is the app.

Disappointed
I have been with you guys for over a year, and the one time I need to claim, I am unable to because the app isn’t working and I can’t get hold of anyone or even request a call me back. I’m always having issues with your app. I can’t even see the full details of what my dogs are covered exactly anymore.
Your service was great in the beginning. But now I’m just absolutely disappointed and upset I wasted money paying for nothing basically every month for over a year.
I’m cancelling my policy schedules and moving to another pet insurance that is more reputable. Please get someone to call me immediately. As I can’t get through to anyone. This is ridiculous
Terrible app
First of all, it’s classified incorrectly (Health and Fitness) which makes it difficult to find. Then you have to log in to each policy separetely (how annoying is that) only to set your biometrics again for each of them. Then the app confuses the two policies all together and no matter which I chose it logs me into one ONLY.
The app doesn't explain the actual claim process at all.
The chat and call back functios are disabled. What is the use of recommending this app all together? It should be removed until the glitches and snags are ironed out, at least from Apple store.
